1. If you are already a Registered customer on BSES Website:

You may update your profile for changes, if any

2. If you are not Registered on BSES Website:

Enter your CRN No and RSN No to the login page. The CRN No and RSN No are printed on your Electricity bill.

Fill the fields mentioned in the registration form
Click on "Submit" button
You will receive a mail confirming your registration details
For activating the E bill service click on the link which you have received in the mail

3. Click on the link below for SMS:

Enter your CRN No and RSN No to the login page. The CRN No and RSN No are printed on your Electricity bill.

If you choose Credit Card, you will have to enter your credit card details; alternatively you will be taken to your Net banking site where you have to input your netbanking userid/password.
Your payment will be authenticated over the gateway and your credit card or your bank account will be instantly debited.
You will receive a Transaction Reference Number that is an acknowledgement for your payment request.
Note: You must make the payment at least three working days before the due date to avoid late payment surcharge in your subsequent bill.

Modes of Payments accepted: Netbanking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, etc.

Important for Credit / Debit Card users:

Online payment through Credit / Debit Cards involves processing charges of 0.90%(+applicable service tax) of the bill amount by the merchant banker and will be debited to your card / account in case the bill amount is more than Rs 5000/-.

BSES customers are permitted to make 4 transactions per card per month.

It is providing electricity to its customers in well-defined manner. In the same year, power distribution business had been transferred to BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd (BRPL) and BSES Yamuna Power Ltd (BYPL). These two companies are successful for distribution of electricity to approx 28.34 lacs customers of Delhi. The Company obtained proceedings, personnel, assets and liabilities of Vidyut Board of Delhi according to terms, conditions, norms and values of transfer scheme.
