011-399 99 707-808 is the number for vigilance helpline. In all the district offices a complaint box is present where the consumers can drop the complaints or directly fax the complaint to CVO at 32929455.
4. BSES Online Service
BSES Bill Payment can be done online using credit card or via Net Banking. There is also an option to get the BSES bill on mobile phone via SMS or the bill can also be received on the email ID.
